Black Really?

Your color is black. The color of night. Serene and mysterious, black conjures up images of elegant evening gowns, dashing tuxedos, and gleaming limousines. Traditionally a symbol of success, black also represents power and an uncompromising demand for perfection. Not surprisingly, you tend to set challenging goals for yourself and do whatever it takes to achieve them — your strength of character is second to none. This unfaltering determination, along with your natural elegance, impresses people. But keep in mind that your personality might be intimidating to some. Try to temper your demanding side with a little softness — trust us, it won't kill you. Overall, though, black is the color of professionalism and achievement, which means it's clearly the color for you. Lisa, your true color is Black!

What a way to start the new year!!

Broken front tire of Chris's dirt bike!
So as I stated in the previous post, Chris and I went skiing for the first time (for me) and had no problems except for me falling and spraining my right thumb. On Sunday Chris went dirt bike riding with a friend of his from work. I got a call around 1:30 that Chris had a head on collision with a guy on a quad and to meet them at the emergency room. I got there and we waited around for about 5.5 hours to find out that Chris had broken his Collarbone on his left side. He is ok, will not need surgery. It will take about 6-8 weeks for him to recover from this break. I thought that I did everything around here by myself already. Boy was I mistaken. Now I really have to do it all. It is like having a toddler again. I have to get him dressed, tie his shoes( Double Knotted) Feed him, put him to bed, give him a shower. Good thing I like him!!!

For me I am going to have surgery on February5th at 12pm, I am finally going to have a historectomy!!! I cant wait. I am so tired of hurting. Give me a call if you wanna know more.

I love you all and miss you all so much!

Hello!!

Hey everyone, We are all still alive and well. I have been pretty busy with work and three teenage boys and just haven't felt like sitting in front of the computer to update the blog. We had a busy October with Chris and Tyler's Birthdays and the kids had fall break.
We took them on a camping trip to Lake Havasu for a long weekend. We stayed in a 36foot travel trailer and took our boat. We had a great time and no one was left behind. I am posting a few pictures of our trip. One of our pretty boat and then a few misc. pics from the trip. Note that one of the pictures is of the London Bridge. Pretty cool.I was the only one to catch a fish. We named him George. Chris cleaned him up and we had George for our appetizer while our steaks cooked.
I just wanted you all to know how much that I miss you! I hate being so far away from everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. I know how very thankful I am for all of you, My Family.
I will post again soon I promise. We will be going down to Benson again this year to Chris's moms for Thanksgiving and we will be there all weekend. The boys will get to ride our dirt bikes and our quad. I look forward to going out there. It is so peacefull and quiet compared to Phoenix.
Love and kisses to all of you!!!
